She graduated from St. Thomas University, Fredericton NB, in 2019 with a degree in Psychology and Criminology, and is a certified Psychosocial Rehabilitation Practitioner. Emily spent the last four years in Social Services developing strong relationships and advocating for diverse populations.
Emily embodies an adaptable and lateral mindset, and has always thrived in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. From her years of interpersonal, administrative and advocacy work, she takes pride in her strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
Growing up on the East Coast of Canada, Emily has a love for the outdoors. You will often catch her near the ocean, on hiking trails or spending time with friends. Recently, Emily moved to Nova Scotia, Canada, to get a little closer to that ocean breeze.
Emily joined Fiorente Global in 2021 as a Research Associate and soon after became a Project Manager. In 2024, she was promoted to Team Lead - Field Solutions where she helps support and oversee our recruiting division.

They are passionate about art, technology, and stand-up comedy - and they're always willing to put their best foot forward and continue learning.
Kasey joined the Fiorente Global team in 2021 as Platform Associate and has quickly risen into the role of Technical Supervisor.

Ottawa, CanadaWith a varied background living in Malaysia, Uzbekistan, and India, Shivan is now located in Canada. Currently studying Interactive Media Design, he has a keen interest in technology and its future.
In his free time, Shivan enjoys outdoor sports, listening to music and learning about the newest discoveries in science. Through experience in retail and market research, he has developed a robust client-oriented mindset which he carries forth in his work.
Shivan joined Fiorente Global in 2022 as Platform Technician.

With hard work and dedication, she quickly moved through the ranks and was promoted to Director of that Atlanta focus group facility.
After successfully developing and growing the International Division, Michelle moved on to found her own company, Fiorente Global in July 2017.

Manhattan, KansasMarisa has always had a passion for consumer behavior and marketing strategy. She graduated from Western Washington University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Since then, she has made across country move to plant new roots and serve her new community in the midwestern state of Kansas where she quickly discovered her passion for market research in 2021.
In her spare time, Marisa enjoys spending time with family, surprising others (but does not enjoy surprises too much herself), and spending time outside - especially when it means lugging a stroller of her two toddlers to enjoy it together. She loves to try new things this year has taken up the hobby of bread making!
She takes pride in her work from start to finish whether that be baking a homemade treat for a friend, brainstorming new craft ideas for her kids, or problem solving a creative solution to meet the needs of a client.
In 2024 Marissa joined Fiorente Global, she brought her adaptable mindset and her strong attention to detail to her role as Research Associate and was quickly promoted to Project Manager.

Sarah has enjoyed working in CPG, emerging markets and industries within the technology and non-profit sector and has over 15 years of experience in business development, marketing, branding and management. Sarah is a strong believer in community and spends time volunteering, mentoring and is hoping to get back into coaching soccer!
Joining Fiorente Global in 2021 as a Project Manager. Sarah’s drive, desire to always be creating and innovating and attention to detail will ensure clients and vendors have the best possible interaction.

In her free time, Katherine enjoys outdoor hikes with her two dogs, spending time with friends, and traveling.
Katherine joined the Fiorente Global team in 2022 as a Research Associate, before being promoted to Lead Recruiter and now, Project Manager.

Christine began her career in technology and consulting sales after graduating from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, with a degree in Business and International Marketing.In 2003, driven by her passion for travel and her dream of living in Europe, she moved to Florence, Italy, where she studied Italian while working and traveling extensively. During this time, she gained a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and cuisines and went on to spend more than 10 years working in the international education and study abroad sector.
She joined Fiorente Global in 2020 as a Research Associate, supporting qualitative research projects across diverse industries. Today, she is responsible for developing and managing partnerships with patient support groups and advocacy organizations for medical studies, overseeing recruitment projects as a team lead, and playing a role in new business development to grow Fiorente Global’s global client relationships.

US: +1 (978) 682-9757Julia is based in Florence, Italy, but began her career in the San Francisco Bay Area with a Fortune 500 company as a Financial Underwriter, after graduating from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor’s degree in both Economics and Italian Literature.
Prior to joining Fiorente Global as Proposals Manager in 2021, Julia worked in International Market Research creating bidding and proposal solutions to help clients set projects up for best success. Julia was promoted to Team Lead - Proposals in 2022.
With her positive attitude and untiring energy, she is dedicated to delivering optimal results for our clients.

Madrid, SpainGabriela currently resides in Spain but is Venezuelan at heart. She has a technical degree in Digital Photography and a Pastry Chef diploma. You can often find her baking cookies and brownies for her friends and hosting board game nights at her home.
Gabriela joined Fiorente Global in 2022, she brings her witty personality, active listening and open mindset work ethic to our team. She started on the tech team and has moved to bringing her great skillset to the bids and Opinions Link teams.

In Calgary, Dawn worked for various Community Service Organizations including acting as a pivotal part of Rana Respitory’s launch of their oxygen machine home care program, and Pace Kids working with special needs children.
From previous positions as client liaison as Event Coordinator to Office Administration, Dawn has always had keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to build strong work relationships.
Dawn’s love for the ocean, family and friends brought her back to the east coast in 2015. Dawn now devotes her spare time to the local organizations Big Brother’s Big Sister’s where she has been a 1 on 1 mentor, sits on the Board of Directors and is an active member of the fundraising committee.
Dawn is a highly organized professional, and her extensive coordination, and charity program successes, have been a direct testament to her self-motivation and excellent organizational skills
Most recently, Dawn has decided to re-focus her coordination skills in a different way as part of the Fiorente Global team as a Research Associate.

Halifax, NS, CanadaJasmina hails from Fredericton, New Brunswick, but made the move to Halifax, Nova Scotia just over a year ago. Jasmina holds an Honours degree in Psychology, and has a lengthy professional background working in mental health services. She has always been passionate about working in a helping role and connecting with others.
In her leisure time, you will often find her exploring the picturesque landscapes of Nova Scotia with her beloved dog and she also loves spending time by the ocean.
Jasmina bought her many skills to the Fiorente Global team as a Research Associate in 2022. In 2024, she was promoted to Lead Recruiter.

Project Manager
Fredericton, NB, CanadaLindsay has always been drawn to work that combines structure, problem-solving, and collaboration. She studied Medical Administration in New Brunswick, where she developed a strong foundation in healthcare systems, documentation, and operations.
She began her career with the New Brunswick Department of Health, where she spent 10 years adjudicating medical claims and auditing physicians. This experience strengthened her analytical, financial, and client service skills. She later transitioned into the technology sector, spending 4 years in Recruitment Marketing, where she built on this foundation by coordinating client delivery initiatives and working with businesses across Canada, the United States, and globally. In this role, she worked closely with cross-functional teams, supported project coordination and launches, and helped ensure work was completed accurately and on schedule.
Growing up and living in New Brunswick, Lindsay enjoys spending her time outdoors. She and her husband enjoy camping and hiking with their Fox Red Labrador Retriever. She also enjoys running, strength training, and creative projects.
Lindsay joined Fiorente Global in 2026, where she supports project delivery and recruitment operations, bringing a detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused approach to her work.

Moncton, NB, CanadaWith an extensive background spanning 26 years in customer service and sales, Chris McConaghy has seamlessly transitioned into the role of a Market Research Recruiter in 2023 on the Fiorente Global team.
Leveraging his diverse experience, Chris excels in connecting with individuals from all walks of life, making him a trusted partner in the world of market research.
Before diving into market research recruitment, Chris thrived in various roles, including being a Realtor, managing bustling bars and restaurants, representing an imported beer company as a Territory Sales Representative, and leading sales efforts as a Sales Manager for a power sports dealership. These roles have equipped Chris with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and a keen eye for identifying target participants for research studies.
In his current role, Chris combines his passion for understanding people with his expertise in sales and customer service to recruit participants that offer valuable insights to research projects. He approaches each recruitment process with dedication and empathy, ensuring that participants feel valued and engaged throughout the study.
Outside of work, Chris is a devoted father to two wonderful girls, cherishing every moment spent with his family. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hiking with his loyal canine companion and participating in recreational sports such as softball, golf, and hockey. Chris's strong family values and friendly demeanor make him not only a trusted recruiter but also a cherished friend to those around him.

Thessaloniki, GreeceHailing from the Greek seaside, Sabina was born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece - where she still resides.
She graduated with a degree in Business Management, with a focus in Marketing from the Alexander Technological Educational Institute, where she got her first exposure to market research. She then spent the next decade in roles focused on customer service and marketing - working in promotional advertisement for an international company, and handling client relations in the hospitality business.
When she’s not enjoying the beach, she love to draw and paint. Otherwise, she can be found traveling the world in search of her newest favorite place, and putting to use the four languages that she speaks.Sabina joined Fiorente Global in 2024 as Proposals Support.

US: +1 (734) 904-5758Michigan born and bred, Claire has a knack for ironing out the finest of details and making it happen. While getting a formal education in Marketing at Eastern Michigan University, her passion for execution and detailed planning began in high school, while co-ordinating events at her part-time job.
She started out her career whipping up master pizza plans, on the Marketing Team of Domino’s Pizza Corporation. Finding herself drawn back to a smaller, more boutique work environment, she made the move to market research in 2017 in the world of transcription and translation, where she took a deep dive into the ins & outs of what happens in the interview room, and how consumer feedback yields actionable results.
She specializes in the ability to problem solve and get the job done through dynamic client and vendor interaction. She is passionate about ensuring that clients are taken care of from start to finish and their projects are set up for success.
After joining Fiorente Global in 2021 as a Research Associate, Claire moved onto Senior Project Manager, Team Lead - Project Management before most recently being promoted to Director of Operations in 2024.

After graduating from Pace University in New York City, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, Colleen went on to produce and direct numerous Off-Broadway Plays and associate produce several independent films and commercials in both New York and Los Angeles.
Colleen began her market research journey in operations at Focus Suites of New York in Manhattan, then quickly moved into Project Management, eventually becoming Senior Project Manager at Focus Suites in 2013, where she excelled in resolving challenges with innovative solutions, overseeing the full life cycle of projects with a meticulous attention to detail, and building lasting relationships with clients and vendors.
Colleen joined the Fiorente Global team in 2020 as a Senior Project Manager and was promoted to Director of Field Solutions in 2021. She now heads up our participant recruitment team as Junior Partner as of 2023.

St. Johns, CanadaAbby is currently working on her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Along with her degree she completed her Certificate of Criminology in Spring of 2022.
Outside of school and work, Abby is an active member in her community. She has been involved with the Girl Guides of Canada program for 16 years and is currently a sparks leader. She is also a member of a public library board in her hometown where she is involved in fundraising efforts and plans programming for people of all ages.
Abby joined the Fiorente Global team as Project Support in 2022.

Project Manager
Fredericton, CanadaRiley has always been a creative person, from a young age knew she wanted to able to apply her outlook to everything she does. For her next adventure she has decided to leave her home of Ontario to move to the East coast of New Brunswick.
She is an avid lover of cats, tattoos and all things coffee. Before her time at Fiorente Global she primarily worked in customer facing roles in the food service industry but has taken a new and exciting path into the market research field.
Riley joined the Fiorente Global team as Project Support in 2021.

Upon graduating from college in 2006, Natasha relocated from Canada to Chicago, where she began as a Project Manager in the Network Division of Fieldwork.
In 2008, Natasha transferred to the Network International Division of Fieldwork as a Senior Project Manager and relocated to Florence, Italy until 2010. While there, she was also able to travel across Europe building and developing strong relationships with global clients and vendors.
After her time in Italy, Natasha moved back to her home base of Canada, and became a Partner at Fiorente Global in 2017.

Fredericton, CanadaBorn and raised in Fredericton NB, Joel graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2009, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing.
He has experience working in sales, account management, and customer service. Joel enjoys being part of a team and with a passion for helping people, he has developed strong relationship building and problem-solving skills.
Joel spends time volunteering for a non-profit organization in Fredericton, that helps provide financial assistance to local youth in sport through community fundraising. He’s also an Assistant Coach with a local Under-18 hockey team. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, playing hockey and cooking.
Joel joined the Fiorente Global team as Platform Technician in 2022.

Halifax, Nova ScotiaAlex joins Fiorente Global in 2024, after 10 years working as a Project Manager in the fields of Geochemistry and Microseismic Surveying. After graduating with her diploma as a Forest Technician, she began pursuing her passion as a Forester. Over the past decade, her work has taken her from coast-to-coast across Canada; evaluating, surveying and analyzing.
After spending the majority of her upbringing in West Africa, California and Australia, Alex recently relocated from northern British Columbia to the Coast of Nova Scotia – where she can be found spending every spare minute in the woods with her two beloved huskies!
In making the move and changing scenery to Nova Scotia, she’s decided to do the same professionally. She’ll be expanding her horizons and beginning to understand the landscape of people rather than just nature, as she embarks on a journey as a Research Associate on the Fiorente Global team!

Sao Miguel Island, PortugalWith a background in translation and customer service, Joana had to leave her home country in the hopes of a better future. Her new country made her feel welcome and provided everything she was hoping for. There, she worked in an immigration law firm as an assistant and was quickly promoted to Office Director.
There, she stayed for over five years, when an important family call made her move countries again. She packed up her things and flew across the ocean to start living in the middle of the sea.
She started working for Fiorente Global in 2021 as a Platform Technician and now lives in a cute old farm with her family and pet chickens. In 2022 Joana’s role evolved and she now also assists our Proposals team.

Atlanta, GAFallon has a strong background in healthcare operations and training, with expertise in various roles. She earned her Bachelor of Health Science (BHSA) in Health Services Administration along with a Graduate Business Certificate in Health Services Management. During her time in school she spent time sharpening her skills in the medical industry including managing, scheduling, training, coordinating logistics, onboarding, managing emergency call protocols and ensuring efficient patient care. Throughout Fallon’s career, she has found a passion for committing toexcellence in the healthcare industry.
Outside of work, Fallon is a passionate traveler, a true food enthusiast, and a dedicated humanitarian. Family and faith hold significant places in her heart, shaping her values andpriorities. Additionally, she thrives on bringing people together, whether it's hosting gatherings, fostering connections or creating memorable experiences for those around me.

Quebec CityMelissa was born and raised in Quebec City. She is currently studying health sciences at St-Lawrence, the only English speaking college in Quebec. She intends to pursue further studies in psychology in the upcoming years.
In the past, Melissa has gained the skillsets of teamwork and communication through working summer at the Marina in Quebec. She looks forward to bringing these skillsets to Fiorente Global as a Recruiter.
In her free time you can find Melissa sailing, a passion that was passed to her from her Father. Her ultimate goal is to travel the world by boat, exploring the villages and towns near the water, as well as making friends all over the world.
